
It’s been a busy past month working with Neil at Wilkins Diamonds putting the final touches to the recent campaign. It’s great to hear from Neil that the campaign has already proved to be a great success particularly with raising the awareness of the upstairs showroom of the Wilkins Diamonds shop in Duke Street, Douglas.
Wilkins Diamonds is a jewellery shop based in Douglas, Isle of Man. Even in the couple of months we have been working with Wilkins we have learnt so much about jewellery and the various brands. Wilkins are the exclusive stockists of a number of prestigious names including Rolex and Breitling. They also have an expanding range of Montblanc executive leather goods, jewellery and gifts which I have to say I’ll be adding a few items to my Christmas list from.
We’ve worked on a number of different initiatives with Neil over the past couple of months including promotional items for the shop, advertising in local media and also a customer open evening which was held on 15th November.
We were delighted with the response to the mailing we conducted for the customer evening where we received over a 70% positive response rate. This was beyond expectations and meant that a planned second wave of invitations were not necessary.

We were also lucky to make it onto the guest list for the evening and it was great to see Neil and team with their customers. It was brilliant to see the relationships Neil and his staff have built up with their customers over the years and the personal level of service that is delivered. As strong protagonists of customer centric marketing it was a great opportunity to work with a business that has been putting this into practice for many years and has this at the heart of their service. Really looking forward to working with Neil and the team again on projects in the future.
