Island Seafare’s Wall of fame
May 14th, 2008 Posted in Great ideas, Isle of Man, customers, small businesses, word of mouthWe have been really busy at CREATE. over the past few weeks especially working alongside Island Seafare on some great initiatives that will happening very shortly.
One thing I did notice when I was down at the factory on the quay Port St Mary last week was the Island Seafare’s Wall of Fame.
It would seem that several foodies/celebrity chefs like a bit of local Manx Seafood and are suitably impressed with the set up of the factory and fishmongers (Paddys Market) that they autograph the wall in the shop. So far there is the Hairy Bikers (Si King and Dave Myers), Simon Rimmer from ITV’s Grubs Up show, and the favourite with the ladies of course, is James Martin. Not a bad wall of fame so far!
Looks great and is also a highlight to shoppers purchasing there local seafood goodies, lets hope it continues and we can fill the wall!
